Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-focused, cookie-free tool that measures aggregate site traffic without setting cookies or identifying visitors. No consent is required under the CNIL audience-measurement exemption (deliberation 2020-092).

With your explicit consent (via the banner shown on your first visit), we also use PostHog for product analytics to help us understand how the platform beta is used. You can decline without losing access to any content. Until you accept, PostHog runs in memory-only mode with no cookies and no persistent identifiers.

Demo requests

If you contact us via the "Request demo access" link, we process your name, company, role, email, and the use case you describe to evaluate and respond to your request.

• Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: 12 months, then deleted or migrated to our CRM with the same retention policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal data at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise your rights, email privacy@manta-tech.io.

Data transfers

Analytics data is processed in the European Union (Plausible on EU infrastructure, PostHog on the eu.posthog.com region). Demo request correspondence may be processed on EU or US infrastructure covered by Standard Contractual Clauses under GDPR Chapter V.
